- 1 lb tuna steak
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat the broiler and line the baking sheet with foil.
- Mix the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, parmesan, pepper and salt to create sauce.
