TUNA STEAK

This sheet-pan tuna steak recipe gives you a bold and flavorful entrée in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tuna steak
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the broiler and line the baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, parmesan, pepper and salt to create sauce.
  3. Spoon fish lightly with sauce and broil for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip fish, spoon that side lightly with sauce, and broil for 3 minutes.
